I know jack squat about Read or Die except that it seems like something I might or might not like.

Read or Die was originally a manga which I never read... (i guess that means i die?) [img]tongue.gif[/img]

but then they came out wit a 3 episode OVA, and it was fantastic -- special agent type of thing - this one Chick was what they called a "Paper User" basically manipulates paper the way Pyro would manipulate fire, or Sandman sand. It blew me away and I loved it.

Recently, they made a TV show, with all new characters, mainly the three "Paper Sisters" Anita, Maggie, and Michelle. At first, it seemed like it had nothing to do with the original OVA, but about halfway through, they started bringing in some of the older characters, then linked it to the first story in such a fantastic way, bringing in all sorts of conspiracies, and twists and turns.

So yeah, i definitely recommend it [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

do yourself a favor and watch the OVA - its only 3 eps, what can you loose? and if you like that, youll like the TV episode...

The best part is, I emailed the guy and asked about combined shipping, and not only did he knock off four bucks from the shipping, but he knocked two bucks off of one of the auctions before I even bid.
